In order to keep up with client demand, we're looking to add an additional Marketing Assistant to our competitive, sport-like team this month. This is a very hands-on marketing role where you'll be working on-site with our client's customers to promote their brand and help increase their market share. We're willing to provide training to the right person, so marketing degrees and experience are welcome, but not essential.

With decades of collective experience, we are renowned experts in marketing, customer acquisition, and customer retention. Building a strong rapport with the customers in our territories is the very thing that makes our company and our clients achieve success.

MARKETING ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work diligently to build a positive brand image for clients.
• Plan, prepare for and manage live direct marketing events
• Keep up to speed on marketing trends and effective techniques
• Build a strong customer base with an emphasis on customer retention
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and sponsors
• Build strong relationships with team members and venue representatives
• Demonstrate clients' products and explain services at live events
• Lead by example and coach new joiners and other team members when necessary
• Answering general questions and overcoming minor objections
• Closing and consolidating sales when appropriate

With a strong focus on building brands and growing our clients' market share, we are the ‘go-to' marketing firm for businesses looking to quickly grow their bottom line – and keep it growing!

HERE'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Background or experience in sports, coaching, leading teams and/ or training others is a bonus
• You should be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds. Speaking more than one language is a bonus!
• Due to the nature of the role, all applicants need to be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• You'll have to be able to work with large groups as a team player while also ensuring you're meeting your individual targets
• Having a positive attitude, optimistic nature and a winning mindset is important
• Be able to redirect a conversation if it starts going south or gets off track
• Have the ability to adapt easily to market and industry changes and advances
• This is NOT a remote position, so you'll also need to be able to commute to our Atlanta-based office on a daily basis.
