THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
We're looking to grow our retail & event-based customer service team so we can represent more brands in more places across the Atlanta region. We host regular training workshops to teach systematic customer service and new customer acquisition skills along with general tips for interacting with customers, product information, sales procedures, and more!
We help our clients grow through specialized events, retail and in-store promotions, allowing us to forge a long-term relationship with their customers. Essentially, we enable longevity between the clients and their customer base by making sure that the customer has a clear understanding of the client's product offerings and receives excellent customer service.
