We're now accepting applications for our Management & Business Development Program. We use a proven method of development that involves teaching, training, and leading by example to help expand and enhance our management team from within.

We're looking to take on 2-3 ambitious people this month that are driven to succeed and committed to achieving their career goals. Initial Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Learning to promote our clients' products and services to their target market
• Setting realistic goals, evaluating personal progress, and learning new skills
• Helping our clients enhance their reputation and increase their market share
• Working as part of a team to achieve targets and collect consumer feedback

Once you're able to produce consistent results and have demonstrated the ability to lead and inspire others, you'll be able to advance into a position where you're focussing on:

• Business management, market research, and strategic planning
• Recruitment, training, development, and general team leadership
• Client relations, account management, sales forecasting, and quality control
• Public speaking, building your professional network, and personal development

This position offers ongoing training and on-site support to ensure you are always moving forward. It's in our best interest to provide training and coaching because individual results lead to collective results and collective results lead to more money and more opportunities for everyone involved!

Average first-year earnings are $42,500-$48,500 based on individual results; including wages, bonuses, and commissions. Average second-year earnings are $62,000-$70,000 based on team results; including wages, bonuses, and commissions.

Requirements/Recommendations:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or similar is recommended. However, there are many examples of people in our industry that have achieved success without a degree, so it's not necessary.
• Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Supervisory, or similar work experience is also recommended, but not necessarily required as long as you're willing to learn and expand your comfort zone
• You'll need to be 18+ years of age since you'll be signing contracts on behalf of our clients and learning to manage a team in the near future
• You'll need to be able to commute to our office and other nearby locations for this on-site role. We don't have any remote-only positions available at this time
