    COMPANY PROFILE:

    HOLLY HUNT is a sales and service organization, as well as designer and maker of high-end interior design furniture, lighting, textiles, leather and rugs.  HOLLY HUNT’S “to the trade” customers are interior designers and architects.  85 to 90 percent of business revenue is generated from residential purchases, while 10 to 15 percent is generated from contract, corporate or hospitality purchases.

     

    POSITION PROFILE:

    The NAV Support Specialist will work in a support role for all members of the Nav Application and Program team.  The position will require the user to troubleshoot, test, validate, document and maintain solutions within the NAV system.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform as a member of the Navision Applications team with multiple interactions with the entire HOLLY HUNT organization.
    • Gain a thorough understanding of the NAV2013 system and database schema.
    • Use the service desk ticketing to correctly and consistently close out user requests, while providing exceptional client service.
    • Tier 1 Lead Support for all NAV & WMS related requests
    • Provide support for all NAV Add-Ins including Sales Tax, Electronic Doc Mgmt & Credit Card Processing
    • Works with business to complete all change management requests for updates in NAV
    • Create and maintain security groups for NAV and WMS
    • Provide support for Fast Path Auditing tool
    • Loads monthly updates to Sales Tax Software
    • Work with the Data Management team to cleanse and prep data for entry into NAV2013 system.
    • Regular attendance at work and scheduled meetings.
    • Demonstrates cultural competence and behaviors consistent with the core values, vision and mission of HOLLY HUNT.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
    • 3-5 years experience with ERP Systems.

    Required Experience

    • Must have good written and verbal communication skills and soft people skills
    • Must have MS Suite user experience.
    • Must have excellent organizational skills and a great attention to detail.
    • Must be process oriented and be able to understand different facets of the business including sales, purchasing and inventory management.
    • Must have good planning and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
    • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
    • Previous experience using or implementing ERP system is desired.
