    SCEE is currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Work Pack Coordinator to join our team on the Albermarle Kemerton Lithium Project based in the South West of WA

    The Albemarle Kemerton Plant is a greenfield world scale Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate production plant to be located at the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area approximately 160 km south of Perth, Western Australia, and 17 km north-east of the existing port town of Bunbury.

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Ensure all work packs and job cards contain the right content / information to allow the successful execution of the works onsite
    • Ensure all ready for implementation approvals are obtained to meet deadlines
    • Ensure all work packs and job cards reflect the scope of work to be undertaken through liaison with all associated HSE, Quality, Procurement, Plant, Equipment, Tooling, Resourcing requirements are satisfied
    • Review implementation estimates
    • Continuously improve the quality and accessibility of the work pack / job card information up to and during implementation phase
    • Ensure a successful transition of the work pack / job card requirements from development to site implementation and close out
    • Ensure all work packs and job cards are kept up to date and all changes are accounted for in a timely manner
    • Manage the implementation related change and growth during the project
    • Promote health and safety awareness at all opportunities
    • Monitoring of workpack progress against project baselined plan
    • Maintaining focus on schedule and have a working knowledge of project milestones

     

    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

    • 3-5 years oil and Gas experience with project, plant modifications scoping and 3 years’ experience in development and management of Work Pack / Job Card delivery
    • Sound knowledge of industry and best-practice standards and their relevance to the sites engineering activities.
    • Leading edge knowledge and expertise of construction practices, standards, systems and processes relevant to the project engineering activities.
    • Relevant experience in an industrial services organisation facilitating engineering controls.
    • Reliable, dependable, responsible, flexible, an excellent communicator.
    • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
    • Seasoned communication & coordination skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a high functioning team
    • The candidates will have an Electrical trade or engineering background

    Minimum Required

    • A related associates (or relevant current industry license or certification) and 4000 verified occupational/industry hours within 5 years;
    • OR, a related Bachelor's or any Master's degree with 18 discipline related credits and 4000 verified occupational/industry hours within 5 years
