PROCESS ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Analyzing manufacturing equipment and processes for ways to improve performance. 
• We’ll also rely on you to lead Equipment / System modifications, Process & Continuous improvement teams, as well as DMAIC projects.
• Responsible for taking completed R&D projects and implementing in Manufacturing.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• 3 to 5 years experience in process improvement/operational excellence project roles within the manufacturing sector. 
• Candidates must have a degree in a technical field, preferably engineering.
• Demonstrated training and proficiency in statistical problem solving methodology and statistical process control is required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Proven experience of the successful implementation of continuous improvement manufacturing programs using advanced techniques is also a must. 
• Ability to travel 5 to 10% of the time, including internationally as required.
