Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of Returns and Quality Control Associates; ensures their ability to safely operate; Counsels, records, and disciplines as necessary.
Manage and monitor daily returns deliveries through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Ensure Customer and On Account returns and exchange orders are processed in a timely manner.
Lead ongoing and special projects in support of customer care and quality management Lead and work with cross functional internal teams.
Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the company Returns and Quality goals in an effective and efficient manner. Interview and recommend applicants for hire as Returns and Quality Control Associates. Other people management activities to include timekeeping, performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
Creates and implements quality inspection criteria and procedures.
Gathers data for analysis and communicates results to internal company management for review and decision making.

Required Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
2-5 years experience in Warehousing, Returns, Customer Service, Inventory Control, or Materials Management in a distribution environment.
Minimum 2-5 years of Supervisory experience.
Previous 1-3 years of E-Commerce or Distribution Experience is preferred.
