    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

     

    Our Human Resources team looking for a Human Resources professional who will support the administration of Human Resources and Talent Management programs. The ideal candidate will partner across the organization to deliver quality HR services to all stakeholders that are aligned to program and company objectives.

     

    This position will be responsible to support organizational effectiveness and talent engagement. Incumbent will lead and collaborate in the design, implementation, maintenance & support of Performance Management processes including Annual & Interim Reviews, Goal Setting Process, Development Plans, 360 Feedback as well as in support of Career Enablement tools.  Position is also responsible to process employment life-cycle changes and keep HR related systems up to date.

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    HR SERVICES EXCELLENCE

    • Commits to deliver high quality in all deliverables.
    • Takes ownership in finding solutions and presenting recommendations that enhance the employee experience while maintaining consistency and adherence to Company policies and practices.
    • Proactively maintains business unit’s knowledge (structure, talent, levels…)
    • Leverage data analysis and reporting for informed recommendations/solutions
    • Maintains effective customer service focus with all employee levels.

     

    PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM LEAD FACILITATOR

    • Partners with business units and HR Management in the design and administration of companywide Performance Management Programs including Annual Review, 360 Feedback, Interim Reviews, and any other Talent Management process.
    • Hold department meetings and Lunch & Learn to increase the effectiveness and engagement of the Performance Management Program. Promote Talent Management tools across managers and employees.
    • Maintains competency library and ensure definitions are clear and concise based on job responsibilities.
    • Assist employees in Performance Management questions and resolution of issues and concerns.
    • Owns reporting and analytics and prepares summary results and status notifications to management.
    • Owns the Performance Management System. Responsible for system maintenance, upgrades. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of system capabilities to enhance employee experience.
    • Owns program orientation and training.
    • Ensures Job Profile catalog is up to date.

     

    PERFORMANCE COACHING SESSIONS FACILITATOR:

    • Facilitate coaching and performance improvement sessions among managers and employees to ensure alignment.
    • Reviews corrective actions and PIP’s documentation to ensure is accurate and complete.
    • Report on the status of all Performance Improvement Plans to HR Management
    • Assist managers and employees with disciplinary issues and concerns.

     

    CAREER MANAGEMENT TOOLS & TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM

    • Promote career enablement tools across the company.
    • Administrator of the Tuition Reimbursement program. Reviews applications and process reimbursements.
    • Ensures consistency to practices and policy. Forecast funds needed for the program.
    • Assist employees with program related questions.

     

    ADP UPDATES AND REPORTING

    • Point of contact for all ADP system updates related to the employee life-cycle changes including Company structure, employment profile, earnings, supervisory relationships updates and other fields.
    • Provides documentation and summary report to payroll.
    • Updates Sail Point on all appropriate changes.
    • Runs and analyzes weekly and monthly ADP reports and ensures data integrity.
    • Reports monthly changes to IT Security.

     

    AD HOC SUPPORT

    • Support compensation project and initiatives

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
    • Performance Management background preferred.
    • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
    • General HR knowledge in the areas of Performance Management, Compensation, Employee Relations, HRIS, Benefits, Payroll and/or Recruiting
    • Ability to leverage data analysis and reporting for informed recommendations/solutions
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively.
    • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    • Related Associates (or a relevant current industry license or certification) AND 4000 occupational/industry hours within 7 years

    • OR Bachelor’s or Master’s with 18 discipline related credits AND 2000 occupational/industry hours within 7 years
