About the Role:

JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our dual-property team! This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of two dynamic hotel properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment visitors arrive. Responsibilities:

Greet and check in/check out guests across dual hotel properties with professionalism and warmth

Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using property management systems (PMS)

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, courteous service recovery

Process payments, post charges, and balance cash drawers accurately at end of shift

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction

Communicate effectively between both properties to ensure seamless operations and coverage

Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell room upgrades when appropriate

Requirements:

Prior front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dual-property or high-volume environment

Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
