About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and membership inquiries.

Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Provide information about gym services, classes, and promotions.

Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Support the team in promoting a positive gym culture and atmosphere.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with membership management systems.

Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Must be at least 18 years old.
