About the Role:

Flex & Heal Physical Therapy LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our clinic in Stoughton, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused team where your energy and professionalism make a real difference every single day.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor

Schedule and confirm patient appointments using practice management software

Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately

Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service

Maintain accurate patient records and manage intake paperwork

Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff

Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in a medical, physical therapy, or healthcare front desk setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with insurance verification and medical billing basics is a plus

Proficiency with scheduling software and general computer skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment

Positive, patient-first attitude and professional appearance
