Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming manner at the counter and throughout the café

Take and process customer orders accurately, including in-person and phone orders

Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently and accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-of-house area

Restock display cases, pastry shelves, and beverage stations as needed

Assist with packaging baked goods and fulfilling custom or bulk orders

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bakery staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

Prior customer service, café, bakery, or food service experience preferred

Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer-first attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Basic math and cash-handling skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
