We are hiring a Front-of-House Bakery Associate. The Front-of-House Bakery Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting daily bakery operations. This position includes assisting customers, preparing beverages, packaging bakery products, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.

Work weekends and holidays as needed.

Take customer orders accurately and process cash and card payments.

Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to bakery standards.

Package breads, pastries, and other bakery products carefully for customers.

Assist customers with product questions.

Maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked product displays.

Clean and organize the front counter, dining area, beverage station, restrooms, and customer areas.

Perform daily opening and closing cleaning duties.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.

Restock supplies, packaging materials, and front-of-house items as needed.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily bakery operations.

Must be able to handle money and cash registers (will train)

This position is temp to perm with full-time opportunity for the right candidate

Schedule: 5am to 1:30pm, will vary depending on shifts, weekends mandated

Pay: $16-$17/hr. plus tips
