    Who We’re Looking For

    We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused Front of House Coordinator to lead our front desk operations. As the face of Relive Health, you will ensure every client’s experience is seamless, welcoming, and rooted in exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, has strong leadership and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience with consultations and sales in a wellness or aesthetics setting is highly valued.

    Schedule: This onsite position averages about 32 hours per week. Candidates must have open availability and be flexible to work any of the six operating days, Monday through Saturday. Shifts begin 30 minutes prior to center opening.

    Center Operating Hours:

    Monday–Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    Sunday: Closed

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism

    Deliver consultations with clarity, confidence, and product knowledge to help clients choose the right services for their goals

    Actively convert leads into scheduled appointments through strategic follow-up and education

    Proactively identify and act on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support revenue goals

    Provide product and service recommendations tailored to individual client needs

    Conduct outreach and lead generation through outbound calls, community events, and B2B marketing

    Maintain and manage front desk systems and appointment scheduling

    Ensure accurate client data entry and maintain up-to-date personal and financial records

    Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client privacy and confidentiality

    Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a seamless client experience

    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment

    Uphold a high standard of “unreasonable hospitality” that sets Relive apart

    Qualifications & Skills

    High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

    1–2 years of experience in a medspa, wellness center, or similar client service role

    Demonstrated success in consultative sales and delivering service-based consultations

    Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach

    Proficiency in computer systems; experience with appointment scheduling software preferred

    Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

    Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset

    Passion for wellness, anti-aging, and helping others feel their best

    Work Environment

    Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; OSHA training provided

    Requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the day

    Must be responsive and adaptable to client needs in real time

    Job Type: Full-time

    Compensation:

    $22-25 per hour
