    Position Overview

    We are partnering with an exciting new culinary concept preparing for a grand opening to find a dynamic, polished, and service-driven Front of House Manager to lead the guest experience in an upscale casual Southern and seafood restaurant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, sets the tone for hospitality, and is passionate about delivering a refined yet welcoming dining experience.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead all front-of-house operations, including dining room, bar, and host stand
    • Ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience from arrival to departure
    • Train, coach, and develop servers, hosts, and bartenders on service standards
    • Actively manage the floor during service, including table touches and service pacing
    • Oversee reservations, seating flow, and waitlist management
    • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
    • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service execution
    • Manage FOH scheduling, labor costs, and staff performance
    • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all guest-facing areas

     

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of front-of-house or restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale casual or high-volume environments
    • Strong background in hospitality and guest service excellence
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate service teams
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with POS systems and reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable), required
    • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
