    We are seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead service, develop teams, and drive exceptional guest experiences across our concepts.

    Key Responsibilities

    Guest Experience & Service

    Lead front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences

    Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

    Maintain high standards of hospitality and service execution

    Act as Manager on Duty during service

    Team Leadership

    Supervise servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff

    Hire, train, and develop FOH team members

    Lead pre-shift meetings and daily service communication

    Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture

    Operations

    Manage reservations, table flow, and service pacing

    Oversee scheduling and labor controls

    Ensure proper opening/closing procedures

    Maintain a clean, organized dining environment

    Beverage & Menu

    Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails

    Support beverage sales and guest education

    Assist with execution of wine and cocktail programs

    Administrative

    Use Restaurant365 and related systems

    Support scheduling, labor tracking, and reporting

    Help implement and maintain service standards

    Qualifications

    2+ years of restaurant management experience

    Strong understanding of FOH operations and service standards

    Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and cocktails

    Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
