Experienced Front of House Manager Needed

Are you ready to be part of something new and exciting? Birdies Links and Drinks is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager for our flagship location in Middletown, DE. We are the first of our kind dining and entertainment venue. You will be part of the team that will set up the restaurant, hire and train the staff, and have a real a voice in the direction of restaurant operations as we move the concept forward.

The right candidate will meet these minimum criteria:

2 Years prior experience as a FOH manager in a full service, high-volume concept

Experience as a bar manager is a plus

Knowledge of cost of goods including theoretical cost

Expert knowledge in scheduling, inventory, ordering, and training

Expert knowledge in restaurant set-up

Must be willing to take complete ownership of front of house operations

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction

Focus on the customer experience

Constantly looking for ways to improve experiences

Promote Birdie's brand and standards

Maintain and follow Birdie's service standards

Write daily prep sheets using on hand and shelf life

Expedite food maintaining quality and ticket times

Oversee daily prep for front of house staff

Check out daily prep for kitchen as needed

Check out both kitchen and front of house employees

Work schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays
