    Role Summary

    The FOH Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences, efficient service, and a positive team culture. This role supervises hosts, servers, and bartenders, manages shifts, and supports restaurant leadership with staffing, training, and guest relations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coach FOH team members; hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff

    • Ensure consistently high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation

    • Manage reservations, seating flow, waitlist, and peak service periods

    • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally

    • Monitor FOH inventory (linen, supplies, POS supplies) and place orders as needed

    • Work with Kitchen and Bar leadership to coordinate service and menu rollouts

    • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards

    • Track daily sales, labor, and key performance metrics; support payroll and cash handling procedures

    • Assist with events, private dining, and special promotions

    Required Qualifications

    • 2+ years FOH supervisory/manager experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant

    • Strong leadership and communication skills; proven team development ability

    • Experience with POS systems, reservations platforms, and basic scheduling tools

    • Excellent guest-service and conflict-resolution skills

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

    • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience managing labor

    • Knowledge of local health codes and compliance

    • Experience with inventory ordering and vendor relations
