    Crispelli's Bakery & Pizzeria is on the hunt for motivated culinary team members. We're a small restaurant group based in the Metro area and we're looking to grow. We focus on traditional thin crust pizza with a twist. We want to help everyone live an affordable gourmet lifestyle. What's that mean? It means enjoying real food without breaking the bank.

    Here's what we're offering:

    $55,000- 60,000 annual salary

    Eligibility into company insurance program, (medical, dental, and vision)

    Eligibility into bonus program based on performance measurables

    2 weeks of paid vacation

    Here's what we're looking for:

    Minimum of 5 years restaurant experience Minimum of 3 years of management experience

    Skills Required:

    Extensive training in food preparation, purchasing, inventory system, quality control, product handling and storage

    Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Restaurant 365 highly suggested

    Abillity to work well within a cross functional team

    Ability to connect with all employees and create an atmosphere of learning and continuous improvement

    Proven ability to utilize excellent problem solving skills

    proven ability to develop strong interpersonal team relationships and communicate goals and expectations

    TIPS Certification or willingness to obtain

    Primary Responsibilities

    Lead hiring and development of all front of house staff in a "hands on" style

    Assist with the writing and implementation of effective schedules based on sales forecast and labor goals

    Assist with the execution of period end inventory to maintain proper inventory levels

    Assist in controlling inventory levels to the best protect freshness, product use dates, overall organization, and cleanliness of dry storage and refrigeration areas

    Enforce preventative and correction actions in regards to inventory controls via line audits, coaching audits, and daily checklists.

    Assists with weekly and monthly inventory numbers and all weekly food orders.

    Ensures quality of supplies received and invoices. Maintains proper communication with vendors.

    Consistently enforces all product and presentation standards

    Assists all managers and supervisors to work within a cross-functional management team in order to reduce variable labor costs, especially during "off peak" hours

    Assists with maintaining and developing positive team morale by utilizing an open and communicative professional relationship with every employee's training. Is expected to lead by example with a hands on approach to employee development.

    Assists General Manager with maintaining and developing a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing consistent standards of compliance with local and State regulations and requirements

    Assists with the maintenance of all foodservice equipment by following operating instructions, proper staff training, and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules

    Assist with the preparation and communication of all semi-annual performance reviews for all staff

    Lead by example in maintaining impeccable personal hygiene and setting uniform policies for the restaurant
