    1 YEAR MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

    Location: Moreno Valley, CA

    Schedule: Morning & early afternoon shifts — we close at 3 PM!

As we continue to grow and build our new location, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to help lead our team into this next exciting chapter.

    Position Overview:

    The Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations of the dining room, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and every team member has the support and direction they need to succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership and people skills to make a real impact in a growing, family-driven business — without the late nights!

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and motivate a front-of-house team including servers, hosts, and bussers

    Deliver excellent guest experiences by maintaining high service standards

    Handle staff training, scheduling, and performance coaching

    Manage opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth service flow

    Collaborate closely with the kitchen and ownership to maintain consistency and communication

    Address customer concerns with professionalism and care

    Support marketing initiatives, events, and community partnerships

    Qualifications:

    Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required (breakfast/brunch preferred)

    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Passion for hospitality and building a positive team culture

    Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed — no evenings!
