As the first point of contact, you’ll help create a welcoming, warm atmosphere, manage bookings and check-ins, process payments, and support retail and service sales. You’ll work closely with technicians and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining The Tox’s elevated brand standard.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail

Experience in hospitality, spa, or front desk (Mindbody experience a plus)

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Positive attitude and team-player energy

Weekend availability required

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Degree / Diploma in hotel/hospitality

Experience:

Minimum of 3 to 5 year’s experience as a Spa receptionist in a luxury hotel or a well established brand.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17 an hour plus opportunity for commission

Shift:

8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

Every weekend

Monday to Friday
