    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We’re seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to ensure the seamless flow of our guest dining journey. This is not a traditional restaurant leadership role—you’ll serve as the On-the-Floor Service Leader, harnessing integrated technology and wellness-driven hospitality to optimize service flow, ambiance, and team coordination.

    Your Mission: Lead FOH operations with precision and hospitality. Your Impact: Deliver smooth, memorable guest experiences that align with Preserve Life’s transformative wellness dining vision. Your Stage: Experiential Kitchen – our interactive, wellness-focused restaurant.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Operational Excellence (50%)

    • Verify ambiance (lighting, music) matches brand aesthetic

    • Monitor real-time table map on POS Tablet and dispatch staff to prevent bottlenecks

    • Interpret service flow data to anticipate delays

    • Serve as primary FOH contact during service

    • Facilitate communication between staff and management

    Administration (20%)

    • Monitor real-time sales dashboard

    • Assist with end-of-day reconciliation and reports

    • Support scheduling and inventory monitoring

    Customer Service Leadership (15%)

    • Ensure exceptional guest service and address minor complaints

    • Uphold company service standards through coaching and modeling

    Non-Essential Functions (15%)

    • Train and onboard new FOH staff

    • Provide ongoing team coaching and feedback

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    Required Qualifications:

    3+ years hospitality experience, including 1+ year in leadership

    Fine dining or high-volume restaurant background strongly preferred

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Advanced POS system experience (real-time table management)

    Strong leadership and analytical thinking skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field

    Experience in experiential or wellness-focused dining concepts

    Knowledge of service flow optimization and table management

    Essential Skills:

    POS system mastery

    Leadership and staff motivation

    Analytical thinking for service data analysis

    Clear, professional communication

    Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
