Lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality, food quality, and team development

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage and develop a team in a high-volume environment

Solid understanding of cost controls, scheduling, and financial performance

A guest-first mindset and commitment to Napa Flats standards

Organized, adaptable, and able to make confident decisions
