    Schedule

    • Wednesday and Thursday evenings required
    • Walk-ins accepted Wednesday and Thursday, 4pm to 6pm (appointments preferred)

    Chestnut Hill Brewing Company is hiring a Front of House Supervisor for a hybrid service and leadership role. This position is designed for a strong server or bartender ready to step into management.

    You will work service shifts while also leading the floor during peak times, ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and a positive guest experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the General Manager during busy shifts
    • Lead service and maintain smooth floor operations
    • Supervise and support a team of 15 to 20 staff members
    • Serve and bartend as part of scheduled shifts
    • Handle guest concerns and ensure positive experiences
    • Train and motivate staff
    • Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory
    • Support scheduling and shift organization
    • Maintain food safety and service standards

    Qualifications

    • 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
    • 3 years of serving or bartending experience
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with training and team development
    • Knowledge of food safety practices
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
