Position Summary

We're hiring versatile, hospitality-driven team members to join our front-of-house support team as we open Deepwell — the newest full-service restaurant from the Kindred Hospitality group. This role rotates across several key positions — food runner, bar liaison, polisher, busser, and host — and is suited to team members who take pride in keeping service moving smoothly and guests well cared for.

About Us

Deepwell is an upscale casual restaurant and part of a growing local restaurant group, with several other restaurants in the area owned by Joe & Katy Kindred. Our culinary team has earned numerous James Beard Foundation nominations along with other national and local accolades. We're known for seasonally-driven menus, craft beer and cocktail programs, and stellar wine lists — and we're looking for team members who bring the same level of care to the guest experience that our kitchen brings to the plate.

Responsibilities

Deliver food from the kitchen to the table promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation

Support bar service by running drinks, restocking supplies, and assisting bartenders as a bar liaison

Polish glassware, flatware, and service items to maintain presentation standards

Clear, reset, and maintain tables promptly between guests

Greet, seat, and manage the flow of guests as a host when needed

Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure well-paced service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations

Anticipate guest needs and work collaboratively as part of the the team during high-volume, fast-paced shifts

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred, not required

Willingness to learn and rotate across multiple front-of-house support roles

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods

Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $7.25/hr + tips
