THE ROLE: FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face of the brand. You set the tone for the guest experience through warmth, efficiency, and confidence in a fast-casual environment. This role is focused entirely on guest interaction, order accuracy, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism

Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter

Guide guests through the menu, including ingredients and dietary options

Coordinate with the kitchen and expeditor to ensure smooth order flow

Maintain clean, organized, and stocked front-of-house areas

Execute efficiently during peak service periods

Support teammates and contribute to a positive service culture

Uphold Love Baked Wings standards at all times
