Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our crew. This role includes greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, restocking, and helping create an outstanding guest experience every day.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers with warmth and hospitality

Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system

Serve bakery items, coffee, and café food with care

Restock displays and maintain a clean, welcoming front counter and dining area

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Handle guest concerns or questions with professionalism

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Previous customer service or café experience a plus (but not required)

Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Weekend availability required (We are looking for employees who can work both Saturday and Sunday)

Interest in working in an inclusive, purpose-driven space

Must be okay in a fast-pace job that requires you to be on the move all day

Pay: $14-$15 per hour + tip pool
