    We're looking for team members who:

    • Have daytime availability and schedule flexibility
    • Take pride in cleanliness and organization

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer service with a warm personality
    • Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
    • Look for opportunities to serve restaurant needs when not serving a guest
    • Take orders with speed and accuracy in the drive thru
    • Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house and learn all positions
    • Check for product quality and consistency
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

    Requirements:

    • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including drive-thru service when needed
    • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, tablets, and other restaurant technology
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly during busy shifts to meet the needs of guests and the team
    • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
    • Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic
    • Maintain a positive attitude and coachable mindset
    • Strong communication skills when interacting with guests and teammates
    • Commitment to upholding Chick-fil-A’s high standards of hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness
