    Job Summary

    We’re looking for energetic and team-oriented members to join our team! Front of the house team members are a representation of our brand and should aim to make each customer interaction memorable and special as we strive to provide excellent customer service. As a team member you will be taking customer orders via phone, make their orders while ensuring that every single order is of the highest quality and is made correctly, make coffee, be able to answer any questions about our menu and/or our imported Greek items, and ring the customers up.

    A front of the house team member is responsible for keeping the front of the house clean and organized, refilling the dessert display case and the salad unit and restocking the retail products. Being able to work with a sense of urgency and multitask is a must to be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Serve customers their meals and drinks in an efficient manner

    Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff

    Refill drinks and desserts

    Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces

    Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

    Provide excellent customer service

    Knowledgeable of retail products and menu items and ingredients

    Multitask and work with urgency

    Keep front of house clean

    Qualifications:

    Experience of a similar position is preferred

    Familiarity with food safety guidelines

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds

    Friendly and outgoing personality

    Availability to work morning, evening and/or weekend shifts Availability between 10am-7pm or 3pm-10:00pm (hours may vary)

    Excellent customer service, great communication skills and a desire to engage with our customers.

    Must be reliable, on time and ready to work.

    Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

    Multitask and work with a sense of urgency

    Great communication skills and great problem solving skills.

    Must be able to think quickly and work under pressure as we are a high volume establishment.
