GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently book appointments for a super-busy 7 day per week salon & spa, and manage multi-line phones
Deliver specialty service to our upscale clientele
Advise clients on our service offerings and products
QUALIFICATIONS
Enthusiastic, service-oriented and a positive attitude
Previous salon, spa or retail experience
Strong computer skills, previous salon or spa booking software experience preferred
Ability to multi-task under pressure with grace and a smile
Flexible in schedule and shifts as we are open 7 days/week
Effective communicator and team player
Highly organized and detail oriented
