    We are in search of an experienced Client Care Coordinator that will report directly to Dana and Jeff on our real estate team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond”, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and is excited about helping an organization grow to the next level. This position requires a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual that helps Dana and Jeff assist their clients with seamless, top-notch customer service. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of Dana and Jeff's transactions from initial contact to follow up after the sale including but not limited to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and meeting materials; managing various real estate documents and reports; obtaining and cataloging due diligence documents; preparing and managing contracts, disclosures, and listing agreements • Assists them daily with property appointments, showing appointments, open houses, brokers caravans, inspections, photoshoots, appraisals, meeting vendors of all types, in a timely manner • Responds to showing requests in Follow Up Boss CRM, schedules showing appointments manages Dana and Jeff's Google Calendar, and load balances appointments between them by taking the lead on as many showings as possible • Responsible for maintaining client, buyer, seller, and agent data up to date in Follow Up Boss CRM by logging all notes, emails, texts, and phone calls • Quickly and professionally return clients, buyers, sellers, and agents' calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, buyers, sellers, agents, and all involved in the transaction Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Some weekend and evening hours are required Excellent customer service, time management, organization, and communication skills • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Experience in the real estate industry is required • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently Compensation: $50,000+
