    As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with the management, operations, and sales teams to ensure that our websites, social media accounts, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. You will be responsible for creative design and development, launching and managing ad campaigns on all marketing channels, maintaining a content calendar that’s aligned with the team’s goals, and assisting with client relations and special events. You will also be responsible for reporting on marketing analytics and working with the management team to optimize the marketing spend. As Marketing Coordinator, you must balance getting the feedback that you need from the agents with making sure that agents can focus on their primary sales responsibilities. You are responsible for holding all staff accountable as it pertains to the marketing deliverables. Responsibilities: • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message. This includes documenting the marketing workflows to ensure the work is repeatable and scalable. • Coordinate the preparation of all listing and open house flyers, graphics, signage, and all other marketing materials. • Manage postcard, magazine, and newsletter design, content, printing, distribution and schedule. • Manage team and agent websites design, content, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant. • Manage social media design, content, and schedule for all agents, and assist agents to manage and enhance their social media presence. • Create weekly seller reports for all active listings, track seller report content and schedule on Airtable, creative single property site listings on Sierra, and update the office slideshow with new listings, escrows, and recent sales. • Regularly assist and obtain client testimonials for websites, social media, and other marketing materials for our team members. • Coordinate and implement agent marketing and property videos on websites, blogs, social media, and client email campaigns. Qualifications: 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends Compensation: $47,500
