    We are searching for an experienced listing/transaction manager who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. You will oversee all aspects of the agents' transactions from initial contract to closing and work directly with our broker's transaction coordinators to provide the best customer service to our agents and their clients. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. You will also coordinate all aspects of contracts including title/escrow, mortgage loans, and appraisal processes. This critical position requires someone with an exceptional attitude who loves to serve others. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond”, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and is excited about helping an organization grow to the next level.  Responsibilities: LISTING RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist agents and work closely with sellers from initial contact for the listing to executed contract so agents are free to help more customers • Assist agents in coordinating showings for buyers, and public open houses to get feedback regarding showings to facilitate more sales • Enter all MLS listings and update as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction • Track sales activity and input all information into CRM to create reports and share goal progress with the team • Assist in scheduling on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to clean and prepare homes for quick sale TRANSACTION RESPONSIBILITIES • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Manage relationship with broker-provided transaction coordinators and look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities Qualifications: Motivated to provide excellent customer service and experience Candidates must have exceptional written and verbal skills Real estate license preferred or pursuing Prior experience in transaction coordination, real estate, titles, and/or mortgages preferred High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Prior experience in transaction coordination, real estate, titles, and/or mortgages required Compensation: $50,000+
