Frontier Scientific seeks an experienced SOFTWARE ENGINEER to serve on a distributed team of software developers to operate, maintain, develop, and scale Frontier-customer-facing SaaS systems & applications that are essential to our growing catalog of services. These services represent the unique values we offer in support of our reputation within the molecular chemical-compounds processing & management industry.

Frontier's technology platforms are a key-essential component to our unique set of business service offerings that include neat & liquid compound storage management, processing, shipping & transportation, warehouse receiving, inventory management, customer billing, and multiple enterprise interfaces with our corporate ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Navision. We also produce APIs that our customers’ developers use to programmatically access our back-end services & data.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION: Bachelors, Master's, or equivalent experience

SOFTWARE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years with modern stack technologies

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE_:_ Microsoft SQL Server, C#, Javascript, Angular, Backbone, Visual Studio, OOP, Forms, MVC, SOAP, REST

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGIES & SKILLS ARE A PLUS: RabbitMQ, Jenkins, Microsoft Azure services, AWS, MS VSTS, Git, SVN, Requirements elicitation, MS SSRS, T-SQL, SQL Dev triggers, SQL Stored procedures, distributed transaction processing, WinForms, MS Teams, Formal QA functional Testing & performance tools, MongoDB, API development and design, Agile Project experience
