Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales Development leader to make a big impact through direct outreach. This individual will be responsible for generating top of funnel pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a combination of front-line SDR experience as well as sales development leadership experience. This person will possess enthusiasm, charisma, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
Frontier Signal is a Talent Acquisition technology that helps organizations realize their full potential by tapping into their most valuable asset, their people. We help our partners learn from their employees what it takes to successful. Once we’ve done that, we then identify those same markers in job applicants that want to join their team. We are in growth mode and need to add a dedicated resource at the top of the funnel. Ideally, you have somie SDR leadership experience, but are willing to jump into the front-line and grow the business from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Finding leads, nurturing responses, and developing relationships with potential customers after cold outreach
Talking to prospective clients on the phone
Proactively searching for new, innovative ways to build and grow the business

The Sales Development function is a key component to the sales team at Frontier Signal. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for handling leads and converting them into real business opportunities through sophisticated email and phone outreach. The SDR will be an early member of the Frontier team, playing a crucial role in generating interest with qualified prospects in a repeatable and predictable manner in outbound sales.
What You'll Do
Generate highly qualified leads for the sales team
Engage with prospects through cold calling and personalized emails
Work closely with our head of sales to strategically penetrate key target accounts
Conduct phone meetings to discover as much useful information as possible to assist in handing off leads to the Sales team.
Partner with marketing to understand what messaging is resonating and what needs to be adjusted
What We're Looking For
2+ years of sales or sales development experience
Ability to keep a positive attitude despite the day to day changes
Understanding of the HRTech landscape
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Serious attention to detail
Is self-motivated and knows how to motivate others
Unafraid of failure but owns up to it when faced by it
Is motivated by trial and error
Eagerness to learn and be coached
Bonus
Experience in SaaS and/or enterprise software
HR Technology experience
