Job Summary:

We are seeking a Market Yield Analyzer to champion market intel in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will be able to compile, organize, analyze, and interpret data related to healthcare industry. We are seeking a resourceful individual who exhibits a spirit of partnership, a high-level of professionalism, a passion for corporate innovation and entrepreneurship, and a business style that is strategic, creative, team-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze Healthcare claims and rates.

Build a catalog of providers, rates, rate types, ect.

Yield analytics on converting reference pricing along with per visit to fixed.

Model approaches to healthcare providers in various markets.

Model in initiative and discount assumptions.

Model IRR of various projects.

Perform basic “actuary like” assessments for internal review and decision making.

What You’ll Need:

Current Procedural Terminology (CPT codes).

International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes.

Strong knowledge and proficiencies within data management systems and analysis tools.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in health information systems, mathematics, or relevant field.

Minimum of 2 year’s healthcare-related work experience.

Experience within a Health Insurance Company or brokerage is strongly preferred.
