    Froster – Nothing Bundt Cakes

    At Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC), we pride ourselves on delivering joy through our delicious, handcrafted cakes—and it all starts with our expert Frosters. As a Froster, you’ll play a key role in creating beautifully finished cakes that meet our exacting standards and delight every guest. From mastering our signature frosting technique to maintaining a clean, efficient workspace, you'll contribute to a positive bakery environment rooted in excellence, service, and sweet moments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare and apply frosting using standardized techniques, equipment, and recipes.

    Prioritize and frost cakes according to pre-order schedules and real-time guest orders.

    Maintain fully stocked displays with fresh, frosted cakes.

    Package, label, and store frosted cakes per company guidelines, maintaining proper product rotation and food safety logs.

    Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, and wash equipment as needed.

    Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene standards.

    Maintain punctual, consistent attendance and support a positive bakery environment.

    Skills & Abilities:

    Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately (recipes available in English and Spanish).

    Capable of performing repetitive motions involving the hands, wrists, and arms.

    Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

    Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

    Qualifications:

    Must be 18 years of age or older.

    No formal experience required—though prior work in food service, baking, or operational support is a plus.

    Schedule Requirements:

    Must have flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on business demands.

    Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).
