Old Town Catering Company is looking for a skilled, dependable Fry / Prep Cook to join our high-volume catering kitchen!

We prepare thousands of meals each week for schools, businesses, and special events throughout Albuquerque. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing quality food, and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to meet you.

Pay: 💲 $16–$20 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Prepare fried menu items with consistency and attention to quality

Operate commercial fryers safely and efficiently

Maintain proper food temperatures and food safety standards

Keep the fry station clean, stocked, and organized

Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared on time

Qualifications:

Fry cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
