Fryer Service Technician

Location: Metro Detroit / Southeast Michigan Job Type: Full-Time

We’re hiring Fryer Service Technicians to provide on-site fryer cleaning and oil filtration services to restaurants, hospitals, and commercial kitchens. This is hands-on, route-based work with consistent schedules and paid training.

Pay & Schedule

$20/hour to start, $21/hour after 6 months (performance review)

Weekly pay

Day Shift: Start ~5am, 10–12 hour shifts, typically 4-day workweek, minimal weekends

Night Shift: Start ~5:30pm, 10–12 hour shifts, set and consistent 4-day schedule

What You’ll Do

Service commercial kitchen fryers (cleaning, oil filtration, oil delivery/removal)

Follow assigned routes and complete jobs on schedule

Deliver professional customer service

Safely operate company equipment and vehicles

Communicate clearly with management using our service app

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Willingness to submit to a background check as a condition of employment

Reliable transportation to/from the shop

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled environments

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
