Fry's Electronics is seeking highly motivated individuals possessing excellent customer service skills to join our Merchandising team! Role of the Merchandiser

Merchandisers work daily in all areas of the store and learn the business from the operations perspective, a great position to start and get promoted from. The merchandiser position is highly flexible and participates in operations throughout the store. Primary duties will include:

Operating a cash register in the front check out

Updating merchandising schematics with new products

Utilizing reports to locate product for transfer or re-pricing

Transporting merchandise to and from the Receiving Department

Additional Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Keeping the sales floor clean and presentable

Ensuring that merchandise is fully stocked

Assisting customers with returns or exchanges of product

Preferred Qualifications

Positive & engaging attitude with a strong desire to provide a great experience to each customer

Self Motivated with a strong desire to learn new products and technologies

Strong ability to multitask

Intermediate level of PC knowledge and experience using word-processing, email, and current web browsers

Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
