Job Description

We are seeking to hire at least two associate attorney with 2-12 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE to join our growing offices in lower Manhattan and Hackensack, New Jersey. The successful candidates will have experience in insurance defense litigation. Experience with New York Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6), Premises Liability and/or Commercial Vehicle Accident claims a plus.  We are looking for candidates who have handled a case load, taken depositions and have argued dispositive motions.
