DEFINITION:

Monitors entrance and departure of all persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. May be required to call police or fire department in cases of emergency.

This position Start Date will be in March!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

· Greets arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner

· Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.

· Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls

· Reports to supervisors and/or police any unusual or suspicious conditions.

· Advises management about customer service feedback or complaints

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements, including disturbance management

Is knowledgeable about Fudpucker’s history, menu offerings, specials, promotions, entertainment schedules, and other matters about which guests may inquire.

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · Basic computer skills · Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills · Excellent sense of judgment · Ability to maintain situational awareness · Open availability during a Monday through Sunday workweek. · Seasonal positions are for a 25-week period

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Basic computer skills · Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills · Excellent sense of judgment · Ability to maintain situational awareness · Open availability during a Monday through Sunday workweek. · Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours · Must be able to lift 15 lbs. · Ability to clearly communicate with patrons and staff members
