Fuel Fitness Tallahassee, a thriving medium-sized fitness facility, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Gym Manager to lead our dedicated team and elevate the fitness experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire a team of fitness trainers, front desk staff, and cleaning personnel.

Foster a positive and motivating work environment to ensure staff productivity and satisfaction.

Member Engagement:

Implement strategies to enhance member experience and satisfaction.

Oversee the development and execution of fitness programs, classes, and events to engage members and attract new clientele.

Operations Management:

Manage day-to-day operations, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness standards.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, health standards, and industry regulations.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and revenue growth.

Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase membership and promote additional services.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Work closely with staff to maintain a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in gym or fitness management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of fitness industry trends, programs, and best practices.

Experience in financial management and budgeting.

CPR and AED certification is preferred.

Available Monday-Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.

Benefits:

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Base Pay: $40,000 to $45,000
