    PRIMARY FUNCTION:

    Performing all necessary functions related to sales promotion of machinery and peripheral equipment under the direction of VP of Sales & Service, making full use of sufficient technical/engineering knowledge and expertise.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    Daily contacts with current or potential customers for sales promotion, mainly to follow up existing sales leads as well as to generate new sales leads and develop the territories. 

    Regular contact with Sales management in order to obtain necessary information to support sales promotion. 

    Support and drive the conclusion of sales contracts and purchase orders from customers. 

    Receiving and responding to any issues with customers related to existing business or projects and sales promotion such as commercial and/or technical inquiries, claims, etc. 

    Communication with any internal personnel related to logistics in connection with delivery Fuji products. 

    Able to communicate to groups of people using presentation skills 

    Travel in order to visit customers for any purpose related to sales promotion whenever necessary. This includes international travel. 

    Coordination with all other departments whenever necessary in order to follow up any customers’ concerns and/or issues related to sales. 

    Acting on behalf of VP of Sales & Service strictly within his directions whenever necessary, and while he is away from the office. 

    Performing sales promotion based on the guidelines outlined by the VP of Sales & Service including price information, general terms and conditions of sales contracts, warranties, service contracts with customers, etc. 

    Other duties as assigned by Manager.

     

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

    Three plus years’ experience in communicating in a sales environment 

    Three years commercial sales experience 

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

     

    PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Psychology Skills. Mental requirements include but are not limited to the ability to concentrate, take initiative, cope with stress, adapt to and stay alert in a business environment, and to use independent judgment to accomplish results. Walking, balancing, standing, turning, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, lifting (at least 50 pounds minimum daily), carrying, pushing, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing depth perception. Ability to use a phone, computer keyboard, etc.
