Fulcrum Construction Group is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents for projects located in/around the western region of New York and the northeastern area of Pennsylvania.

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.

Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.

Knowledge in site work / civil construction experience is a plus

Ground Up Commercial Experience is a MUST

Assists in the development of project schedules and updating of progress construction schedules.

Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion. Schedule work, including subcontractors and owner vendors.

Establish and maintain high safety and quality standards in accordance to company and industry standards.

Prepares or review reports on progress and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.

Review all drawings, i.e. shop, architectural, structural, etc. when they are issued to the field and coordinate and maintain a current set at all times

Maintains a clean and organized work site.
