Construction Project Coordinator
Fulcrum Construction Group is looking for a responsible Construction Project Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our San Diego, CA office.

OVERVIEW:
Duties include: providing support to our project coordinators, supporting project managers and verifying subcontract compliance with insurance & licensing requirements, creating subcontracts, processing change orders, handling subcontractor pay apps and processing payments when funded. Sitting at the receptionist area of the office a few hours a week. We look for someone who has a positive and can do attitude!
This position is described as having a great deal of predictability and repetition where tasks are done in an orderly and systematic way.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Track and process a variety of construction documents
Issue subcontract and change orders as well as purchase orders
Track receipt of executed contracts and change orders as well as insurance and W-9
Verify all subcontracts have proper licensing
Process pay applications at the end of the month
Ability to meet multiple deadlines
Timberline experience a plus
High School degree; additional qualification as a Construction Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
