The Fufillment Coordinator executes the flow of customer’s orders and inventory from start to finish. They are responsible for ensuring and enhancing efficiency. Their main roles are ensuring production is efficient, from receiving to shipping, supporting production staff, maintaining production inventory, and making sure production areas are kept organized.
This position works directly with our contract sales team and customization staff to move all orders through customization in the correct order. This position checks all items before and after to confirm all customization is correct.
• Schedule routine maintenance to keep the equipment running effectively.
• Organizes commercial orders along with the General Manager that go through Embroidery/ Alterations/ Heat
press.
• Handle purchasing orders for patches needed
• Works closely with managers to maintain turnaround times
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues

•Communicate with customers when they have shipped
•Communicate with all staff about orders/inventory that need to be prioritized
• Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, patches etc.)
• Ensure output meets quality standards/ attention to detail is a must
•Handle Receiving and Shipping of all goods with the assistance of the Receiving Clerk
•Reports back orders or incomplete shipments to manufacturers
•Organize bulk deliveries and assist with load ins/outs
•Return to vendors – handling communication with vendors and follow through with shipping items back
•Schedule routine maintenance with General Manager to keep the equipment running effectively
•Make sure trash is taken care of and put out at curb weekly.
•Make sure outside area is clean of trash etc.
•Assists the commercial department and retail sales when needed
•Report to upper management
•Other duties as assigned
Requirments: 1-2 years of experience related to customization/custom garment orders/uniform industry

Must be able to work between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday
Office/Desk and all area responsible for must be vacuumed, swept and wiped down at the
end of the week.
All staff understand that Uniform Gear is a team environment and all though we have our
daily responsibilities staff will be asked to assist in other departments they are
knowledgeable in.
Staff members who regularly work Monday-Friday may be asked to work on the weekends
when we are open. Hours will be adjusted and at least three weeks’ notice will be given.
