Fulfillment Specialist

Position Summary

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for packaging and shipping orders from the pharmacy accurately and efficiently. This role focuses on order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and maintaining an organized work area and adequate shipping supplies.

Responsibilities

Package and prepare pharmacy orders for shipment.

Print and apply shipping labels.

Organize outgoing shipments and coordinate daily pickups.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shipping area.

Track and restock shipping materials and supplies.

Assist with receiving and organizing incoming supplies.

Work closely with pharmacy staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented with good communication skills.
