    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the complete accounting cycle for our multi-location Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and retail operations. This role is fully in-office and requires hands-on experience with high-volume, multi-location environments.

    The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while supporting ownership and operations with accurate and timely financial information. Experience with restaurant accounting systems is strongly preferred, particularly QuickBooks and Restaurant365 (R365).

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations

    Record and reconcile daily sales, cash, tips, and merchant deposits from POS systems

    Reconcile third-party delivery and marketplace payouts (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)

    Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

    Reconcile inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and vendor statements

    Process payroll, benefits administration, and payroll tax filings

    Track labor costs, sales trends, and operational expenses across multiple locations

    Manage sales tax filings and regulatory compliance

    Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

    Work closely with management to support operational and financial decision-making

    Coordinate with external CPA/accounting firm for month-end, year-end, and tax reporting

    Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and internal controls

    Required Qualifications

    3+ years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

    Experience in restaurant, retail, or QSR environments (strongly preferred)

    Experience managing accounting for multi-location businesses

    Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

    Experience working with POS systems and payroll platforms

    Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills

    High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with Restaurant365 (R365)

    Experience with restaurant labor reporting and operational KPIs

    Knowledge of tip reporting, tip pooling, and restaurant payroll compliance

    Experience reconciling merchant processors and third-party delivery platforms

    Schedule & Work Environment

    Monday–Friday, on-site (office-based)
