    MediStar Healthcare Connections Corporation ("MediStar") is currently seeking to fill the position of a Full Charge Bookkeeper in our growing business office in the central Phoenix, Arizona area. This is a full-time position that have growth potentials, with all company benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Recording, tracking and maintaining financial data and records.

    • Organizing, updating and ensuring the accuracy of Financial Statements and reports, using Excel spreadsheets and specialized accounting software - Sage.

    Posting journal entries and performing assigned balance sheet accounts reconciliations or projects.

    Coordinates bi-weekly company payroll and plays active roles in the administration and management of company benefits.

    • Providing support and administrative functions as needed for the efficient day-to-day business office operations of the company.

    **QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND SKILL SET- **

    The successful candidate should have:

    An Associate's or college degree in Accounting, Math or related field, with two or more years of Bookkeeping, Business Office experience or

    A relevant training in accounting or finance environment.

    Attention to details, accuracy and ability to organize financial data.

    Ability to work with others, multi-task, prioritize and communicates data clearly.

    • Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.

    Great interpersonal skills and good customer service.

    Reliable, dependable, ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision when trained. This is a very important requirement of the job. Demonstrate ambition to grow and succeed, and to play active roles in our growing allied healthcare business operation.

    Basic knowledge of accounting principles will be helpful.
